Just thinking it would be great for the managers to hear more of the plans and intentions for the game <hint hint> What will set this apart from other ESMS+ games out there and how will it be different? What is in the pipeline to be introduced in the future, that sort of thing.
For instance, the in-game abs look quite low and hence player progression from matches will be slow. Abs at EOS for all players based on minutes played looks interesting and it is unusual to have it for all players but I think it is a neat idea. Youngsters gain some abs with age (on main stat only) and there is no penalty (as yet) for the oldies as they approach retirement at 35
Also, will there be fitness (presumably not), which version of the engine will we use, will we have the full set of counters (N counters E&A, etc) or the reduced set (N doesn't counter anything)

I think ideally I would like the rules set from the start of the game and these won't change throughout.
This will give managers the opportunity to plan for the long term future and see what they can achieve.
I have no plans to ever introduced OAP re-rates to downgrade players, but everyone is aware that players will retire at 35. So that means there last season will be as 34 year olds.
The match engine will be the same one used by FFO. Fitness will not be in the game.
Injuries will be 0-5 games, so your players may be on the sidelines, minimum minutes are not involved in the game so you will never lose players.
What the game will provide is that managers will have to be clever with the bank balance and clever with the squad rotation to create the ultimate team. As managers will be taking charge from scratch I am hoping they will have the passion and love for their own little club they are creating and won't get the itchy feet to manage something new.
We are really only targeting managers in FFO at the minute and with the increased interest of something new, I thought this would be a good new challenge for managers to prove they are the best manager out there.
I think with clever tactics, game time and rotation you should see players gaining 1 skill stat per season. So around 10 seasons down the line the best players in the league will be 20 rated.
The simulator should have the full set of counters in place.
