I want to offer every club 2 16 year old players at the start of every season, to help with the development of their future squad.
Players will be low rated due to the amount of EOS re-rate bonuses these types of players would get.
What option for these players would people prefer?
Option 1
Similar to the way your initial squads are being created. Clubs can choose the players name and nationality (new) and will be offered a main skill point to assign, so the manager would choose the players fate in terms of position, then a second skill point and third skill point and 3 different ability points to assign.
The stats would be equal across the game, so every club will have the same settings to choose from.
Option 2
A list of players already named and rated ranging in skill, position and ability (ab points). It would be set up as a NFL type draft where teams that finished bottom of the league(s) would get first pick of the new talent coming into the game.
